Shipping Policy

We carefully do our best to deliver the order to you as soon as possible. Because we only have the clothing printed after the order and it almost always concerns custom printing, we have an average delivery time of 2-3 weeks. If, for whatever reason, we do not meet this delivery time, we will of course inform you as soon as possible.

The prices quoted include shipping costs.

Generally, the delivery will take place on a working day between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the time of delivery.

Return

Not satisfied with your order? Then, if it concerns a standard product without personalization or limited editions, you can return it at your own expense within 14 days of receiving your order. When we receive your return shipment, the entire purchase amount will be refunded to your bank account within 7 working days.

I want to return:

1) Send an email with your return request with order number to info@lauthelabel.nl.

2) If your return has been approved, you will receive our return address by email.

3) As soon as we have received your return, you will be notified.

4) The purchase amount will be refunded within 7 working days after the message.

RETURN TERMS

If we receive an item that does not meet the return conditions below, we unfortunately cannot accept a return.

The costs of the return shipment are for the customer.
The order must be returned in its original packaging.
The item must be complete and in original condition.
The item must not have been worn, washed or damaged.
Be careful with make-up: an item with make-up stains cannot be returned.
Orders that fall outside the return period of 14 days will not be returned.

For personalized products, we can only take them back if it concerns a production error.

EXCHANGE

Do you prefer a different size? Then you can return your order to the above address within 14 days of receipt. When we have received your return, the item (if available) will be exchanged within 10 working days. If the item is not in stock within 10 working days, we are unfortunately forced to refund the amount. You will of course be kept informed of this.

Unfortunately, we are also unable to exchange personalized or limited products. After all, the products have a unique characteristic that we cannot link to another customer.
